Sky High Dining @ 22 Bishopsgate
This Spring, eb7 Immersive had the pleasure of creating a series of 10 CGI to showcase five new, unique Gordon Ramsay culinary experiences coming to London’s tallest office building.
In February 2025, London’s iconic skyline will welcome a new pinnacle of dining at 22 Bishopsgate, with each venue boasting breathtaking, unparalleled views across the city.

The 2,263 sqm (24,361 sq ft) space will welcome Lucky Cat by Gordon Ramsay, an Asian-inspired restaurant, influenced by Tokyo’s 1930s kissas and Shanghai’s drinking dens, and the contemporary British cuisine at Bread Street Kitchen. The Lucky Cat open-air rooftop terrace will be the destination for cocktails and entertainment until 3 am.
22 Bishopsgate will also feature a new 14-seat Chef’s Table concept born from the Gordon Ramsay Restaurant’s first establishment, Restaurant Gordon Ramsay, which has maintained a 3-star Michelin rating for 22 years. Meanwhile, the acclaimed Gordon Ramsay Academy will open its first central location where passionate cooks can hone their culinary skills.
Each venue will have breathtaking views of the London skyline, with vistas of iconic landmarks including Tower Bridge and St Paul’s Cathedral across the various levels. There will be dining and entertainment for all occasions.

There are a number of approaches to creating a CGI – we have outlined some of our workflows below.
Full Computer Generated scene
Full Computer Generated scenes give us the greatest level of flexibility when it comes to their content, composition, and lighting. We model and texture everything including the proposed scheme, landscaping, planting, and other assets. We can place cameras anywhere in the scene allowing us to find the right composition to suit your needs. Lighting plays a critical role in image-making and having a full CG scene gives us the greatest creative freedom, from sunny daylight shots to moody dusk images we can deliver an image to meet your expectations.
CG Model with Photo Backplate
When the view from your proposed development is key a CGI using a photographic backplate is essential. We will research the location of your project, 3D model your proposed building, and its interior space, and explore the potential views from the building. Photography is critical to the success of the overall image, we ensure that we capture the panorama at the right time of day to show the view at its best. Lighting and camera settings are matched and the final render is composited with the photo backplate.
Photomontage
When visualising your proposed development within its context is critical, a photomontage is the best solution.
We will work with the development team to research and identify the potential assessment points, once agreed we photograph the existing views using a full-frame camera, ensuring the lighting is optimal for visualising the proposed building. We then camera match the real-world camera location and settings with its digital twin, the proposed building is modelled, textured, rendered, and overlaid onto the original photograph. Using masks we place the render into the scene and once correctly placed final colour corrections are made and the final image is delivered.
